We collect and use your personal information exclusively for legitimate automotive business purposes:

  • Providing price estimates, consultations, and scheduling shop drop-offs.
  • Communicating regarding vehicle progress, completion status, or technical questions.
  • Maintaining active installation and service histories to validate manufacturer warranties (including ceramic tint and film guarantees).
  • Notifying you about manufacturer product recalls, technical safety updates, or critical warranty notices related to installed films, wraps, or electronics hardware.

We never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Direct Communications & WhatsApp Integration

Our quote request form does not store your information in a public web database. When you submit an estimate request, the form formats your inputs into a pre-filled direct message and transfers you to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your interactions through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms and end-to-end encryption protocols.

4. Embedded Third-Party Content

Our website features an embedded Instagram gallery powered by SociableKIT to showcase recent shop transformations. Viewing this widget may allow SociableKIT or Instagram (Meta) to collect basic technical logs (such as IP address or browser details) as necessary to deliver media feeds to your browser. We do not run third-party marketing trackers or ad retargeting pixels across our pages.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer contact, vehicle, and invoice records for a baseline period of 7 years to satisfy standard Canadian corporate tax and accounting obligations.

Because many of our premium ceramic films, wraps, and hardware installations come backed by multi-year or lifetime warranties, records linked to active installations are retained for the duration of the applicable warranty period to ensure continuous warranty support and manufacturer verification. Information that is no longer required is securely anonymized or destroyed.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal details against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to customer contact lists and vehicle service histories is restricted exclusively to authorized shop personnel.
